PE Heavy-Duty Valve Bags Overview
PE heavy-duty valve bags (also called heavy-duty film valve bags, heavy film valve bags) are pre-made bags specifically designed for traditional valve-port filling lines. Unlike FFS roll film, PE heavy-duty valve bags complete bag-making, perforation, and valve welding at the factory, ready for direct installation on automatic or semi-automatic valve filling machines.
They combine PE film’s excellent heat sealability, puncture resistance, and woven fabric strength, making them one of the preferred products for 10-50kg solid packaging.
