MAP Film Overview
Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) film controls the internal gas composition of packaging by reducing oxygen and increasing carbon dioxide or nitrogen ratio to extend the freshness period of fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood. BridgeX MAP film uses EVOH or PVDC high-barrier materials with micro-porous breathable technology to achieve precise matching of different product respiration rates.

Natural antibacterial agents (chitosan, tea polyphenols) can be added to inhibit mold growth.

Fruit/vegetable freshness extended 2-4x while maintaining color, firmness, and moisture.
