Anti-static FIBC Type B: Economical Static Protection
Intermediate safety bags between ordinary and conductive. Breakdown voltage <6 kV. No grounding required.
Product Overview
Anti-static FIBCs (Type B) are intermediate safety bags between ordinary bags (Type A) and conductive bags (Type C/D). By adding anti-static agents to PP fabric or using low breakdown-voltage fibers, the surface resistance is controlled within a safe range, preventing brush spark discharges. Suitable for environments with some dust but not highly explosive, such as food-grade powders, pharmaceutical raw materials, and general chemicals.

Product Features
Economical Safety
Lower cost than Type C/D conductive bags. Ideal for budget-sensitive customers requiring basic static protection.
No Grounding Required
Unlike Type C, Type B does not require mandatory grounding. Simpler operation for manual filling scenarios.
Dust Repellent
Reduced surface resistance significantly decreases static dust adhesion, keeping bag surfaces and filling environments clean.
Food-Grade Option
Can be produced in Class 100,000 cleanrooms. Compliant with FDA 21 CFR 176.170 for food and pharmaceutical powders.
