Vacuum Packaging Overview
Vacuum packaging bags use PA/PE or PA/EVOH/PE multi-layer co-extrusion high-barrier film. Through vacuum extraction, air inside the bag is removed to ≥99% vacuum degree, placing packaged items in a low-oxygen environment. This significantly inhibits bacterial and mold growth, prevents oxidation and spoilage, and for soft items, reduces volume to save warehousing and transport space.
