Water-Soluble PVA Bags: Zero Microplastics, Complete Dissolution
Dissolves in room-temperature or hot water (≥80°C). No residue. Ideal for agrochemical and cleaning product packaging.
Product Overview
Water-soluble PVA bags use polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the main raw material, produced through special casting or blown film processes. These bags dissolve rapidly in room-temperature or hot water, leaving no residue and producing no microplastics. They are the ideal ‘inner packaging + carrier’ solution for pesticides, dyes, cleaning agents, and other hazardous or highly polluting chemicals.
Product Features
Zero Microplastics
PVA film completely dissolves in water into water and CO₂. No solid residue. Passes marine degradation tests.
Controllable Dissolution
Room-temperature soluble (15-30°C for agriculture) or high-temperature soluble (≥80°C for industrial cleaning).
Excellent Barrier
PVA inherently provides extremely high barrier to oxygen, nitrogen, and aromatic odors.
Sufficient Strength
In dry state, tensile strength comparable to PE. Withstands 10-25kg filling and drop impact.
Safety Isolation
Whole-bag use of pesticides/cleaning agents. Avoids skin contact and dust inhalation.
